Exactly What I Was Looking For

"I am so happy I signed up for this workshop. This was my first time taking a calligraphy class or workshop of any kind and it was exactly what I was looking for - insight on technique, modern calligraphy style, small class size, constructive feedback. As a first-timer (I believe all 8 students were first-timers), I thought I would be intimidated but Michele is friendly and personable and is a really great instructor. She breaks down the steps in meaningful ways to help you understand what you're doing and how you go about doing it. 3.5 hours went by so much faster than I expected. Bonus: we get to take home our calligraphy supplies. :)
