Featured in Washingtonian Bride & Groom

When the Winter/Spring 2016 issue of Washingtonian Bride & Groom magazine hit newsstands recently, we were so excited to see our calligraphy featured throughout the pages. Among the highlights:

• Two of the Real Weddings featured were those of our clients! When you pick up your copy, be sure to look for the chairs that we hand lettered in our McConnell lettering style for Stephen and Cara as well as the seating cards and menus featuring our Edwards lettering style for Katherine and Patrick’s wedding.

• We also had three of our escort cards plus one of our escort card displays appear in the magazine – in the “Spotlight on: Escort Cards” story, you can find our Reese lettering style on the “Farm to Table” card (a collaboration with Miss Merkle Design!) and our Palmer lettering style adorning a succulent pot. And then later in the issue, in the “50 Fun Ideas for Your Washington Wedding,” you can see our work in Number 5 (a personalized wine stopper) and Number 28 (the escort cards and banner we created for Danielle and Aaron’s wedding a couple of years ago).

• Finally, for the third year in a row, we were named a Top Vote Getter in the magazine’s annual list of Best Wedding Vendors. This is the best honor we can think of, because those voting are our colleagues and clients and their votes of encouragement in our work and the level of service we provide mean the world to us!
